Long before this depot had a name, our family was already living in the timber trade — running sawmills, importing premium teak, and building relationships across the supply chain that would take most companies a lifetime to earn. Kedarnath Timber Depot is simply the next chapter of a story that began three generations ago.
Our family's first generation in timber built the foundation: running sawmills, learning the grain of wood by hand, and understanding what separates timber that lasts from timber that doesn't.
Over 45+ years, the family expanded into importing premium teak, forging direct relationships with sources in Burma, Africa and Brazil — relationships built on reliability, not one-off transactions.
Today, that legacy continues under a new name and a dedicated Chennai yard — built to serve contractors, designers, architects and homeowners across Tamil Nadu with the same standards the family has held for 45+ years.
